The Capital Grille

The Capital Grille occupies 40 E 100 S in downtown Salt Lake City, a fine dining steakhouse a short walk from Temple Square and the City Creek district.

Lunch runs Monday through Friday from late morning, and dinner runs every night to ten, with Saturday and Sunday opening at four. Brunch is on the weekend list and takes reservations of its own.

The wine list, the cocktails, and the dessert course all draw regular mention, and the kitchen keeps small plates, healthy options, and vegetarian choices available alongside the steaks and seafood.

A private dining room is available for events and larger parties. The room reads upscale and romantic while staying workable for families with a kids menu and high chairs. Brunch and dinner reservations are recommended, parking covers valet, free garage and lot, and paid lot and street, and wheelchair access covers the entrance, parking lot, restroom, and seating.
