Tucanos Brazilian Grill

Tucanos Brazilian Grill sits at 162 S 400 W in downtown Salt Lake City, running the rodizio format: servers move through the room with skewers of grilled beef, pork, chicken, and vegetables, carving to order until diners signal they are finished.
