Sol Agave

Sol Agave occupies 660 S Main St in downtown Salt Lake City, working an upscale side of Mexican cooking while keeping the room casual enough for a weeknight. The kitchen runs from late morning into the evening, with the weekend opening an hour earlier for brunch.
